Conference Dates and Times

Monday, October 18, 2010, 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Tuesday, October 19, 2010, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Exhibits are centrally located on the Mezzanine level near the following:

  • Registration and Information Desk with Continental breakfast
  • Morning and Afternoon Breaks
  • Luncheon Dessert and Coffee
  • Monday Night Social

Exhibitor Room – $2,000 per day

  • 27 x 26 room adjacent to the Exhibit Hall
  • LCD projection package
  • 2 draped 8′ table with lectern
  • Theater seating for up to 50 people

Booth – $1,000 per day

  • Full-page advertisement in the Guide to the Conference
  • 45 minute Exhibitor Presentation option

Table Top – $500 per day

  • A draped 8′ table and two chairs
  • 500-watt four-plex electrical outlet
  • Host position at Birds of a Feather luncheon

  • Option to purchase an advertising slide prior to LCD presentations in all sessions for a one-time $150 fee

Sign-up Procedure for Room & Booth Exhibitors

  • Non-refundable deposit of $500
  • Balance payment must be received by September 20, 2010
  • 8 1/2 x 11-inch, PDF file promoting your product or service received by September 20, 2010 no bleeds or halftones
  • If submitting advertising for the LCD presentations, PowerPoint compatible slides with appropriate content must be received by September 20, 2010
