Other Discounts

The two-day conference fee is waived for technical paper authors. Poster paper authors are given the two-day conference rate of $375. Students are given the two-day conference rate of $100. The applicable one-day workshop rate applies for these individuals.

All registrations will receive confirmation prior to the conference and workshop.

Be sure to register early to take advantage of the lower registration fees and to ensure that you receive a copy of the Proceedings.

Conference Venue

All Conference and Workshop activities will be held at the World Trade Center Portland. The PNSQC registration desk is located in the main lobby on the Bridge Level. Registration opens at 7:30 am daily.

The MAX light rail provides transportation from Portland International Airport. If you are driving, there is parking on site. This hotel is two blocks from the World Trade Center Portland. For a room reservation, book your room on or before September 23, 2012 and ask for the special PNSQC conference rate.

Transportation

Parking is available on site at the World Trade Center Portland. The entrance is off of Taylor Street, the cost is $16.00 a day. WTC encourages use of Tri-Met bus service and the Max light Rail. Both stop regularly near the WTC. Visit the Tri-Met web site at www.trimet.org or call 503.238.RIDE.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled on or before October 1, 2012 will receive a refund for each registration less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing. No portion of the registration fee will be returned for cancellations made after October 1, 2012, however a copy of the Proceedings will be mailed to the registrant. Substitutions may be made at any time.
