Voting Membership

The PNSQC is a non-profit organization run mostly by a group of volunteers.  It is led by a 7-member board.  There is an annual meeting held within a month following the conference (see Calendar of Events), and all voting members are invited.  An election for 2-3 board members is held at this meeting.  The board members then hold an election for the officers at a subsequent meeting.

PNSQC voting membership is renewed each year.  Dues and a request to become a voting member are required.  Dues may be paid either by:

  • paying a conference registration fee or
  • paying a voting membership fee or
  • having fees waived by the board, e.g., for doing volunteer work during the year.

The request may be made on the conference registration form, or by filling in a request on this page.
