Doug Reynolds Doug Reynolds – President
Doug is a Software Quality Engineer for Tektronix Inc., in Beaverton Oregon. Doug has worked for Tektronix the past 16 years. He holds a Master of Computer Science and Engineering from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT), and is currently pursuing a MBA at George Fox University. Doug has presented at PNSQC on four different occasions and has assisted with the Exhibits Committee, Selection Committee, and Review Committee. Doug has also served a PNSQC Secretary and Treasurer (which he has done for the past couple of years).

Les Grove – Vice President
Les brings over 25 years of software development, quality, process improvement, tools, and project management experience covering domains including avionics, electronics, business applications, government, and internet solutions.  Eleven of those years he has been involved with the PNSQC as an attendee, author/co-author of five papers, reviewer, and Review Chair for the last two years. This year he is also Program co-chair.

Bill Baker – Treasurer
Bill brings 17 years of software development, process improvement, project management, quality, and requirements management experience covering banking and business applications. He has been involved with PNSQC for several years, first as a speaker, then later as a volunteer. In addition to being a board member and treasurer, Bill is chair of the Operations and Infrastructure Committee and a member of the Program Committee.

Sion Heaney – Secretary
Síon started developing software for remedial education and special needs back in 1984 with the Computer Aided Animated Arts Theatre and Chailey Heritage in Sussex, UK. He then worked with the Center for Continuing and Professional Education at Sussex University before studying computer science and philosophy at Stirling University, Scotland, graduating in 1993. Whilst studying he supported himself by busking as a juggler around the British Isles which is to this day, he explains, the most terrifying thing he has ever done. Travelling eventually brought him to the Pacific Northwest where he has worked as a lead developer for Paradigm Software, a test manager for Microsoft Press and CDDG groups, and a senior quality assurance analyst for Russell Investments. He is a member of the Global Quality Assurance Institute, and currently a CSQA. He writes about software quality and life in general.

Bill Gilmore
Bill has worked in software engineering for over 25 years in various development, management, process and consulting roles. He worked in two small companies, then worked at the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon. He moved to Oregon in 1993 to head up the Software Process Improvement program at Tektronix. Most recently he worked at Intel for 10 years with several product teams and business groups on software product quality, product life cycles and several areas of software engineering. He led CMM and product life cycle assessments and organized and led follow-on improvement programs. Bill has a Ph.D. in Astronomy; has published papers in Software Engineering, Strategic Planning, and Astronomy; and has presented at several conferences.

Brian Gaudreau
Brian is currently the Software Quality Assurance Manager for Washington Dental Service. He brings to PNSQC 14 years of software testing and quality assurance experience relevant to telecom, enterprise metadata, government, multimedia, health care and insurance business. In additional to local involvement in software quality assurance interest groups, Brian’s other interests include playing piano and being Vice President of a local Toastmasters International club.
Brian is currently the co-chair with Michael Dedolph of Keynote/Invited Speaker and Workshop Committee

Paul Dittman
Paul is a program manager at McAfee.  He has been a QA manager, Engineering manager and process improvement manager in previous careers. He has been involved with PNSQC for more than 15 years acting as president, program chair, secretary and vice president in the past.
Paul is a co-chair of the Program Committee.
