Community
PNSQC is more than an annual conference. With the addition of the PNSQC Forum, we are now also a year-round online community enabling professional growth, learning and problem-solving opportunities. The forum enables one to:
- Discuss conference materials throughout the year with other conference participants, keynotes, authors and speakers
- Exchange work-related issues and solutions in a professional and respectful context
- Develop professional relationships by engaging with people met at the conference or online
- Provide feedback on the conference or the forum and make suggestions
Forum postings and materials from past conferences are openly viewable to the public. However, only community members can post to the forum and have other interested members join the discussion; and only members can create a personal profile and exchange messages privately via buddy lists. Membership to the forum is free – simply sign-up through the PNSQC membership link. Though some people are hesitant about memberships in general, this was set up to enable a channel of respectful, and sometimes private, discussions for a community.
Building community is a creative and interactive process. We invite you to be part of this creative process. Raise your ideas about the forum in the Forum Information area, or send your ideas to “PNSQC Community” via the Contact Us link. Announcements about the progress of the community-building process and services will be included in the PNSQC newsletters sent throughout the year.
