Agile in a small team is easy; Agile in a big enterprise is hard, because software development may not be the company’s focus. It has to revolve around other department’s practices. For Agile to succeed, software development needs to develop strategies to gain organizational attention from each department in order to achieve synchronized processes and global optimization.
