Registration and Wake Up with Coffee, Tea, and Yoga Level 2 Mezzanine
The Registration desk will open at 7:00 AM. After that please join us in the mezzanine lobby to meet fellow attendees and exhibitors while enjoying a light breakfast treat and coffee or tea. Or join in to cultivate a healthy body and mind with a gentle hatha style yoga class to start your day – no mats or special attire required! The class will be led by Wendy Yin, trained at The Art of Living in the Oregon Room, level 2. We will focus on simple poses and stretches that can be done while standing at your desk or sitting in a chair. |
