How to become more technical, even when you already are
This talk is a refreshed and expanded version of a presentation I gave as an invited speaker at the 2016 Annual PMI Conference. Drawing from my current work in an Agile leadership role, I’ll share practical ways to strengthen your technical acumen — even if you already consider yourself fairly technical. The focus is on how to build meaningful connections with developers and QA, ask better questions, represent their needs when they're not in the room, and navigate the ever-evolving tools and terminology of modern software delivery.
If you’ve ever felt the gap between “technical enough” and truly confident in tech conversations, this talk is for you.
