April K. Mills is an international consultant, author, and speaker specializing in change leadership and organizational transformation. She began her career as a civilian nuclear engineer for the U.S. Navy, where she earned the Meritorious Civilian Service Medal for her work on aircraft carrier and submarine reactor plants. Later, she joined Intel Corporation as a Leadership Engineer and Change Coach, energizing global change agents with bold tactics and rejuvenating the timeless principles of Intel’s star CEO, Andy Grove.

Mills is the founder and CEO of Engine-for-Change, a consultancy that equips professionals to drive impactful change, and the author of "Everyone Is a Change Agent" and "Change Tactics."
