A deep dive into exploratory testing
I have noticed exploratory testing has been very helpful in my career as a software test engineer. However, it seems to depend on the individual tester how successful they are at finding bugs through exploratory testing. I would like to solve the problem of how to standardize exploratory testing and how to educate new test engineers on best practices. I will be discussing the characteristics, benefits and challenges of exploratory testing in the hope of creating standards other testers can follow.
